This is just a brief note to thank you for your recent “EA for your life” services for me, including managing my recent move and taking care of a number of administrative matters I have had outstanding for a while. The role you played in my move was comprehensive – from assessing potential suppliers, recommending a preferred provider, meeting with them to obtain a quote and establishing the move date. On the day your supervision of the packing and loading, and liaison with the Building Manager at my new address was seamless, meaning that the day was hassle free for me.
I have also hugely appreciated your assistance with unpacking and re-establishing the new flat, with your selection of locations for items pretty much spot on. The net result for me has been the simplest move I have ever experienced – and I’m an old hand at moving! Your attention to detail in the billing process was also brilliant – the detailed notes of your activity on my projects, careful recording and confirmation of instructions and combined billing report meant that I understood the invoice perfectly and had full confidence in the hours invoiced. Overall I simply couldn’t be happier with the services you have provided. I will definitely make use of your services again in future, and would be more than happy to provide a reference for you to any potential clients. Bronwen project managed our house move, which was urgent and at short notice. From our first meeting through to moving day, Bronwen impressed us with her communication, efficiency, organisation and flexibility. She had a great understanding of what we needed and supported the planning with good practical ideas.
Nothing was too much to ask, she even looked after our dogs on moving day and arranged for a TV technician to come around ensuring we had everything up and running by the evening. Bronwen was fantastic to deal with and really took the stress out of moving for us, I would definitely recommend her services.

Bronwen from Round to It delivered a number of services for me in her capacity as a domestic project manager and organiser: Disposed of a car wreck for less than the ongoing cost of storage; Researched and sourced a number of household goods (mattress, kitchen goods, linens etc.) Found a driver/ language tutor for the summer. This was not a simple assignment, yet Bronwen managed to do it within a two-week period. Overall Bronwen is efficient, professional and highly recommended!

Bronwen recently managed my project move from my townhouse to my new apartment. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands – I am not sure I have ever met anyone so organised. It was a complex move as there was lots of decluttering and a two-step move from house to storage locker and then locker to apartment. Bronwen was on hand when the movers arrived, managed selling unwanted furniture on trade me and dropped things off to charity for me.
When we did the final stage of the move Bronwen helped me to unpack at the apartment so I was up and running quickly and she organised people to set up the TV and assemble the new furniture too. During what was a very stressful time it was really great someone to have such a professional and reliable project manager. As an added bonus Bronwen is really fun to work with too. I could not recommend Bronwen more highly and would absolutely engage her again – although for now I am happily settled in my new apartment! Thank you so much for everything Bronwen!

Bronwen is a lifesaver! Moving house is often a very stressful time, there is so much to do and life does not just go away and give you time to do just this one thing. Bronwen came and listened to what I needed and when, made helpful and useful suggestions, and then looked after it all for me. I would highly recommend her sensitivity and practicality, and her ability to step in, see what needs to be done and then do it. I am still enjoying unpacking her extremely well labelled boxes!

Since first meeting Bronwen in 2016 I have worked with her on many more projects, each more complex than the last. In late 2016, I accepted a role in Wellington and Bronwen arranged all aspects of the intercity move -movers, new furniture for the Wellington apartment and came down to unpack for me so that when I arrived the apartment was already livable.
Whilst away in Wellington I Air BNB'd the Auckland apartment and Bronwen managed all aspects of the Air BNB process and to an extremely high standard, managing guest bookings, making sure the guests were the "right type of people" and ensuring the apartment was always clean and tidy. I trusted her implicitly to do this for me. Unfortunately, the job did not work out for me in Wellington and we have just completed the whole process in reverse to move me back to Auckland. Bronwen organised the movers again and they were great- she has great contacts for every job.
She collected my cats from the cargo terminal and did all the pet feeding and settling them in before I made it back a few days later. Bronwen has helped with meeting the person who delivered my car back to Auckland (and drove him to accommodation elsewhere in Auckland), all the unpacking, helping me with decluttering decisions and organising new things for the apartment such as set up of the new appliances. I could not more highly recommend Bronwen, she is highly versatile in what she can organise and always executes on "the plan".
